For Paul, food is more than just sustenance; it’s a celebration of life and family. He believes that being part of people’s memories and helping them celebrate special moments is what makes being a chef so rewarding. “Restaurants are important places. They are where food, culture, and family fuse in many communities. Plymouth is no different, and my team and I are thrilled to be part of something so alive and something that matters so much.”
Paul received most of his training at Bistro Bene, a family-run local restaurant. He spent seven years there, working under various head chefs who imparted a diverse array of styles and knowledge. This rich and varied training has shaped Paul into the exceptional chef he is today, leading our kitchen with passion and expertise.
